The Other Awards
Celebrating Unsung Heroes
The Challenge
Too often, awards ceremonies honor prominent and successful local leaders, while those who contribute to the charm and heartbeat of a community go unrecognized.
The Project
I wrote, produced, and emceed the Other Awards to celebrate unsung heroes in the Birmingham community in categories like: "Best Birmingham City School Teacher", "Most Passionate Neighborhood Association Attendee", "Best Service Industry Worker", and more.
